Loomiie (app.loomiie.com) là không gian làm việc chung cho team marketing nhỏ, content creator và freelancer: giao việc, lên lịch nội dung, ghi chú và duyệt bài ở một nơi. Chính sách này giải thích dữ liệu nào chúng tôi thu thập, dùng để làm gì và bạn có quyền gì với dữ liệu đó.

1Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập
Thông tin tài khoản: email, họ tên, mật khẩu (được mã hoá một chiều, chúng tôi không đọc được), chức danh và avatar con vật bạn chọn.
Khi đăng nhập bằng Google: chúng tôi chỉ nhận email, họ tên và ảnh đại diện công khai từ tài khoản Google của bạn để tạo và đăng nhập tài khoản Loomiie.
Nội dung bạn tạo: workspace, brand, dự án, công việc, lịch nội dung, tài liệu, bình luận, ảnh tải lên và báo cáo quảng cáo bạn nhập.
Thông tin thiết bị & bảo mật: tên thiết bị, hệ điều hành/trình duyệt, thời điểm đăng nhập gần nhất, địa chỉ IP trong nhật ký đăng nhập; dùng để xác minh thiết bị mới và cho phép bạn đăng xuất thiết bị từ xa.
Thông báo đẩy: nếu bạn bật, trình duyệt cung cấp một địa chỉ nhận thông báo; chúng tôi lưu địa chỉ này và các tuỳ chọn thông báo của bạn.
Chúng tôi không dùng cookie quảng cáo, không theo dõi bạn trên web khác và không bán dữ liệu.
2Chúng tôi dùng dữ liệu để làm gì
Cung cấp các chức năng của Loomiie: lưu và đồng bộ dữ liệu workspace giữa các thiết bị, hiển thị cho thành viên cùng workspace.
Gửi email cần thiết: lời mời vào workspace, mã xác minh thiết bị, đặt lại mật khẩu.
Gửi thông báo đẩy bạn đã bật (được giao việc, bình luận, nhắc hạn, duyệt bài).
Dữ liệu trong một workspace chỉ hiển thị cho thành viên của workspace đó, theo vai trò do chủ workspace phân quyền. Chúng tôi chỉ truy cập dữ liệu khi cần để vận hành, khắc phục sự cố hoặc khi pháp luật yêu cầu.
4Dịch vụ bên thứ ba
Supabase: lưu tài khoản, dữ liệu và ảnh (máy chủ tại Sydney, Úc).
Cloudflare: lưu trữ và phân phối trang web, chống bot (Turnstile), thống kê truy cập ẩn danh không dùng cookie.
Resend: gửi email từ tên miền loomiie.com.
Google: đăng nhập bằng Google (nếu bạn chọn).
Dịch vụ thông báo của trình duyệt (Apple, Google, Mozilla…): chuyển thông báo đẩy tới thiết bị của bạn.
Dữ liệu của bạn có thể được xử lý ở ngoài Việt Nam thông qua các dịch vụ trên.
5Dữ liệu người dùng Google
Loomiie chỉ yêu cầu các quyền cơ bản (email, hồ sơ công khai) để đăng nhập. Chúng tôi không đọc Gmail, Drive, danh bạ hay dữ liệu Google nào khác, không chuyển dữ liệu này cho bên thứ ba ngoài mục đích đăng nhập, và không dùng nó cho quảng cáo. Việc sử dụng thông tin nhận từ Google API tuân thủ Google API Services User Data Policy, bao gồm các yêu cầu Limited Use.
6Lưu giữ & xoá dữ liệu
Dữ liệu được giữ khi tài khoản / workspace còn hoạt động.
Chủ workspace có thể xoá workspace; toàn bộ dữ liệu của workspace đó bị xoá vĩnh viễn. Xoá tài liệu sẽ xoá luôn ảnh của tài liệu.
Mã xác minh hết hạn sau 10 phút; phiên đăng nhập bị xoá khi bạn đăng xuất.
Để xoá tài khoản và toàn bộ dữ liệu cá nhân, gửi email tới support@loomiie.com; chúng tôi xử lý trong vòng 30 ngày.
7Bảo mật
Kết nối được mã hoá (HTTPS). Dữ liệu được phân quyền theo từng workspace ở cấp cơ sở dữ liệu; ảnh lưu trong kho riêng tư, chỉ xem được qua link tạm thời; đăng nhập trên thiết bị lạ cần mã xác minh qua email. Không hệ thống nào an toàn tuyệt đối, nhưng chúng tôi luôn áp dụng các biện pháp hợp lý để bảo vệ dữ liệu của bạn.
8Quyền của bạn
Bạn có quyền xem, sửa, tải về hoặc yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu cá nhân của mình, rút lại sự đồng ý và khiếu nại theo quy định pháp luật Việt Nam về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân. Liên hệ support@loomiie.com.
9Trẻ em
Loomiie dành cho người dùng từ 16 tuổi trở lên và không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em.
10Thay đổi chính sách
Khi có thay đổi quan trọng, chúng tôi sẽ cập nhật ngày ở đầu trang và thông báo trong app.

1Data we collect
Account information: email, name, password (one-way hashed, we cannot read it), job title and the animal avatar you choose.
Google Sign-In: we only receive your email address, name and public profile picture from your Google account to create and sign in to your Loomiie account.
Content you create: workspaces, brands, projects, tasks, content calendar, documents, comments, uploaded images and ad reports you import.
Device & security information: device name, operating system/browser, last sign-in time and IP address in sign-in logs; used to verify new devices and let you sign out devices remotely.
Push notifications: if enabled, your browser provides a push endpoint; we store it with your notification preferences.
We do not use advertising cookies, track you across other websites or sell your data.
2How we use data
To provide Loomiie: store and sync workspace data across devices and show it to members of the same workspace.
To send push notifications you turned on (assignments, comments, due reminders, approvals).
To protect accounts: prevent unauthorized sign-ins and bots (Cloudflare Turnstile), rate limiting.
3Who can see your data
Data in a workspace is visible only to members of that workspace, according to roles set by the workspace owner. We access data only when needed to operate the service, fix problems or when required by law.
4Third-party services
Supabase: accounts, data and image storage (servers in Sydney, Australia).
Resend: email delivery from the loomiie.com domain.
Google: Sign in with Google (if you choose it).
Browser push services (Apple, Google, Mozilla…): deliver push notifications to your device.
Your data may be processed outside Vietnam through these services.
5Google user data
Loomiie only requests basic scopes (email, public profile) for sign-in. We do not access Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data, do not transfer this data to third parties except for sign-in, and do not use it for advertising. Loomiie's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6Retention & deletion
Data is kept while your account / workspace is active.
Workspace owners can delete a workspace; all of its data is permanently deleted. Deleting a document also deletes its images.
Verification codes expire after 10 minutes; sessions are removed when you sign out.
To delete your account and all personal data, email support@loomiie.com; we process requests within 30 days.
7Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Data is isolated per workspace at the database level; images are stored privately and served through temporary links; sign-ins from new devices require an email verification code. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
8Your rights
You may access, correct, export or request deletion of your personal data, withdraw consent and file complaints under Vietnamese personal data protection law. Contact support@loomiie.com.
9Children
Loomiie is intended for users aged 16 and over and does not knowingly collect data from children.
10Changes
For material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and notify you in the app.
