1Dịch vụ

Loomiie là không gian làm việc chung cho team marketing nhỏ, content creator và freelancer: giao việc, lên lịch nội dung, ghi chú, duyệt bài và theo dõi tiến độ. Dịch vụ hiện được cung cấp miễn phí và có thể thay đổi, bổ sung hoặc ngừng một số tính năng.

2Tài khoản

• Bạn cần từ 16 tuổi trở lên và cung cấp thông tin chính xác.
• Bạn chịu trách nhiệm giữ an toàn mật khẩu và mọi hoạt động trên tài khoản của mình. Báo ngay cho chúng tôi nếu phát hiện truy cập trái phép.
• Chủ workspace chịu trách nhiệm mời, phân quyền và gỡ thành viên trong workspace của mình.

3Nội dung của bạn

Bạn giữ toàn quyền sở hữu nội dung bạn tạo hoặc tải lên. Bạn cho phép Loomiie lưu trữ, xử lý và hiển thị nội dung đó cho các thành viên trong workspace, chỉ nhằm mục đích cung cấp dịch vụ. Bạn cam kết có quyền hợp pháp đối với nội dung mình tải lên.

4Hành vi bị cấm

• Tải lên nội dung vi phạm pháp luật, xâm phạm bản quyền, quyền riêng tư của người khác, hoặc chứa mã độc.
• Truy cập trái phép vào tài khoản, workspace hoặc hệ thống; dò quét, tấn công hoặc làm quá tải dịch vụ.
• Dùng Loomiie để gửi thư rác hoặc lừa đảo.

5Giới hạn sử dụng

Để dịch vụ ổn định cho mọi người, có một số giới hạn như số workspace mỗi người, số thành viên mỗi workspace, dung lượng dữ liệu và dung lượng ảnh mỗi workspace. Các giới hạn có thể được điều chỉnh.

6Tạm ngưng & chấm dứt

Bạn có thể ngừng sử dụng bất cứ lúc nào và yêu cầu xoá tài khoản qua support@loomiie.com. Chúng tôi có thể tạm ngưng hoặc chấm dứt tài khoản vi phạm các điều khoản này.

7Miễn trừ trách nhiệm

Dịch vụ được cung cấp "nguyên trạng". Chúng tôi nỗ lực để Loomiie hoạt động ổn định và dữ liệu an toàn nhưng không bảo đảm dịch vụ luôn không gián đoạn hay không có lỗi. Bạn nên tự lưu bản sao các nội dung quan trọng.

8Giới hạn trách nhiệm

Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, Loomiie không chịu trách nhiệm cho các thiệt hại gián tiếp hoặc phát sinh (như mất lợi nhuận) do việc sử dụng hoặc không thể sử dụng dịch vụ.

9Quyền riêng tư

Cách chúng tôi thu thập và sử dụng dữ liệu được mô tả trong Chính sách quyền riêng tư.

10Thay đổi điều khoản

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật điều khoản; khi có thay đổi quan trọng sẽ cập nhật ngày ở đầu trang và thông báo trong app. Tiếp tục sử dụng nghĩa là bạn đồng ý với điều khoản mới.

11Luật áp dụng

Điều khoản này được điều chỉnh bởi pháp luật Việt Nam.

1The service

Loomiie is a shared workspace for small marketing teams, content creators and freelancers: assign tasks, schedule content, take notes, approve posts and track progress. The service is currently free and features may be changed, added or discontinued.

2Accounts

• You must be 16 or older and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
• Workspace owners are responsible for inviting, assigning roles to and removing members of their workspace.

3Your content

You retain full ownership of the content you create or upload. You grant Loomiie permission to store, process and display that content to members of your workspace solely to provide the service. You confirm you have the legal right to the content you upload.

4Prohibited conduct

• Uploading unlawful content, content that infringes copyright or others' privacy, or malicious code.
• Unauthorized access to accounts, workspaces or systems; scanning, attacking or overloading the service.
• Using Loomiie for spam or fraud.

5Usage limits

To keep the service stable for everyone, limits apply, such as workspaces per user, members per workspace, data size and image storage per workspace. Limits may be adjusted.

6Suspension & termination

You may stop using Loomiie at any time and request account deletion at support@loomiie.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep Loomiie reliable and your data safe but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You should keep your own copies of important content.

8Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Loomiie is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (such as lost profits) arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

9Privacy

How we collect and use data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10Changes

We may update these terms; for material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and notify you in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
